We employ drone, 4K aerial photography and video for roofs that should not be walked on for a number of reasons. Safety, roof pitch, weather, materials (stone, wood shakes, metal etc) and other reasons. We use drones to give our clients a direct view for this very reason, so they have every bit of information about the health of the roof during the inspection process. These services are complimentary with every home inspection if deemed the roof is inaccessible. We are licensed (part 107) by the faa for drone operations.
